当代校园成人仪式的发展现状与效果评价基于文献梳理、网络统计和问卷调查

摘　　要：成年礼是中国传统的四项人生仪礼之一。20世纪90年代以来,由学校组织的成人仪式成为全国规模的礼仪实践活动。通过文献梳理、网络统计和对广东省20所高校(高职院校)大一学生的问卷调查,显示出共青团中央在全国推行的校园成人仪式教育活动内容丰富、特色鲜明、普及率高,效果显著,但是也存在内容单一、形式化、青少年满意度不高等现实问题。我们需要借鉴传统成年礼俗,完善校园成人仪式的内容和形式,家校互动、社会协同,充分考虑当代青少年的特点和述求建构现代校园成人仪式。Rite of passage is one of the four traditional Chinese life rituals,and since the 1990s,campus rite of passage has become a nationwide practice.Through literature combing,web statistics and a questionnaire survey of freshman students in 20 colleges and universities in Guangdong,this study finds that the campus rites of passage implemented by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League nationwide are rich in content,distinctive,popular and effective,but there are also problems such as monotony,formalization and low satisfaction of teenagers.It suggests that campus rites of passage should consider the teenagers’characteristics and demands,based on traditional rites of passage,home-school interaction and social coordination.
