摘  要:针对S Zorb进料换热器的结焦问题,分析了结焦形成的原因,研究了烷基化脱硫降烯烃反应对催化裂化(FCC)汽油结焦性质的影响,并优化了FCC汽油烷基化反应的催化剂、反应温度、反应空速。结果表明:在备选的4种催化剂中,Amberlyst 35树脂对FCC汽油烷基化反应的催化性能最佳,优化的FCC汽油烷基化反应温度为90℃、质量空速为1.0 h^(-1)、压力为0.5 MPa;在优化条件下进行烷基化处理后,汽油的结焦量显著降低,但辛烷值、饱和蒸气压也有所下降。在烷基化反应后的汽油中添加C 4混合烃,可以提高汽油辛烷值和饱和蒸气压,使烷基化汽油满足质量标准要求。In view of coking problem S Zorb unit feed heat exchanger,the causes of coking formation were analyzed,and the effect of alkylation desulfurization and olefin reduction on the coking properties of FCC gasoline was studied,and the catalyst,reaction temperature and reaction space velocity for the alkylation of FCC gasoline were optimized.The results showed that Amberlyst 35 resin had the best catalytic performance for FCC gasoline alkylation reaction among the four selected catalysts.The optimized alkylation temperature of FCC gasoline was 90℃,the space velocity was 1.0 h^(-1) and the pressure was 0.5 MPa.Under optimum conditions,the coking amount of the treated gasoline on an iron disc was significantly reduced,but the octane number and Reid vapor pressure were also decreased.The octane number and Reid vapor pressure of the gasoline could be increased by adding C 4 mixed hydrocarbon to the gasoline after the alkylation reaction,so that the alkylated gasoline could meet the quality standard.
