摘  要:选出广西香椿早期优良家系,为广西香椿的良种选育奠定基础。用广西10个种源的33株香椿优树的半同胞子代在广西南宁市营建子代测定林,造林后1和2 a对树高、胸径和材积等生长指标进行调查测定,进行方差分析及变异系数、遗传参数和育种值计算,筛选出优良家系,并计算优良家系的遗传增益。造林1、2 a的33个香椿家系间的树高、胸径和材积都存在极显著差异,受家系效应影响,均表现为树高>材积>胸径;造林1a树高、胸径和材积的均值分别为3.59 m、4.49 cm和0.003581 m^(3),造林2 a的树高、胸径和材积分别为7.03 m、7.68 cm和0.018672 m^(3);生长指标的表型变异系数在17.51%~52.65%、遗传变异系数在4.31%~17.24%;生长指标的单株遗传力在0.28~0.60,家系遗传力在0.74~0.84。采用育种值评估法选出家系13、15、6、16、26为优良家系;优良家系造林1a胸径、树高和材积的遗传增益均值分别为7.60%、10.30%和24.06%,造林2 a的遗传增益均值分别为5.80%、5.31%和15.72%;现实遗传增益、遗传增益表现为材积大于树高、胸径。33个香椿家系造林1~2 a,材积的增长率和变异系数最大,选择的潜力最大;家系13、15、6、16、26为早期优良家系,其中家系13的表现最好。The selection of good early lines of Toona sinensis in Guangxi laid the foundation for the fine varieties of T.sinensis selection and breeding in Guangxi.The 33 semi-sibling offspring of superior T.sinensis trees from ten Guangxi seed sources were used to establish offspring assay forests in Nanning,Guangxi,China,and growth indicators such as tree height,diameter at breast height,and timber volume were investigated by measuring 1 and 2 a post-forestation.The mean values of tree height,diameter at breast height,and timber volume were 3.59 m,4.49 cm,and 0.003581 m~3 at 1 a.The mean values of tree height,diameter at breast height,and timber volume were 7.03 m,7.68 cm,and 0.018672 m~3 at 2 a.The mean values of tree height,diameter at breast height,and timber volume were 3.59 m,4.49 cm,and 0.003581 m^(3)at 1 a.The phenotypic and genetic variation coefficients for growth indicators ranged from 17.51%to 52.65%and from 4.31%to 17.24%;the heritability of individual plants ranged from 0.28 to 0.60;and the heritability of families ranged from 0.74 to 0.84.The mean values of genetic gain for diameter at breast height,tree height,and wood volume for 1 a of afforestation were 7.60%,10.30%,and 24.06%,respectively,and for 2 a of afforestation were 5.80%,5.31%,and 15.72%,respectively;the realistic genetic gain and genetic gain showed that wood volume was better than height and diameter at breast height.Thirty-three lines were afforested from 1 to 2 a.The growth rate and coefficient of variation of wood volume were the greatest,and the selection potential for selection was the greatest;lines 13,15,6,16,and 26 were early good lines,of which line 13 performed the best.
