摘  要:[目的]揭示植物提取物对松木蓝变菌可可球二孢的抑制特性。[方法]以18种广西常见的植物为研究对象,对其进行抽提操作获得提取物,研究其对松木蓝变菌可可球二孢的抑制性。[结果]18种植物提取物的培养皿抑菌平均直径为4.82 cm,变幅为3.74~8.50 cm,存在显著差别。18种植物提取物的抑菌率存在显著差别,平均抑菌率为11.64%,有15种植物提取物的抑菌率为正值,有3种植物提取物抑菌率为负值,分别是苦楝、排风藤(石油醚部分)、湖北海棠(总黄酮),其中湖北海棠(总黄酮)的抑菌率最差,负值高达52.38%。有6种植物提取物的抑菌率高于20%,分别是飞龙掌血、马尾松、阴香、湖北海棠(银皮苷)、羊耳菊、黄荆。其中飞龙掌血的抑菌率最高,达到31.11%。[结论 ]植物提取物对松木蓝变菌可可球二孢的抑制特性因其直径的差别而存在差异,出现较大差别的正负值特性,应针对不同的适用环境选择适合的植物提取物。[Objective]In order to reveal the inhibitory characteristics of plant extracts on Lasiodiplodia theobromae.[Method]Taking 18 common plants in Guangxi as the research object,the extracts were obtained by extraction,and their inhibitory effects on Lasiodiplodia theobromae were studied.[Result]There was a significant difference in the average diameter of 18 plant extracts,the average diameter was 4.82 cm,and the range was 3.74-8.50 cm.There are significant differences in the bacteriostatic rates of 18 plant extracts,with an average bacteriostatic rate of 11.64%.There are 15 plant extracts with positive bacteriostatic rates,and 3 plant extracts with negative bacteriostatic rates:Melia azedarach,Solanum lyratum(petroleum ether part),and Malus hupehensis(total flavonoids).Among them,Malus hupehensis(total flavonoids)has the worst bacteriostatic rate,with a negative value of 52.38%.The bacteriostasis rate of 6 plant extracts is higher than 20%,including Toddalia asiatica,Pinus massoniana,Cinnamomum burmannii,Malus hupehensis(silver bark glycoside),Inula cappa,and Vitex negundo.Among them,the bacteriostasis rate of Toddalia asiatica is the highest,reaching 31.11%.[Conclusion]The inhibitory characteristics of plant extracts on the conidia of Lasiodiplodia theobromae are different due to the difference of their diameters,and there are large differences in positive and negative characteristics.Therefore,suitable plant extracts should be selected according to different applicable environments.
