摘　　要：甘薯是我国重要的粮食作物、饲料作物和食品加工的原料作物。甘薯种植分布区域范围广,随着种植面积的扩大,应提升其栽培技术水平,以适应高产的需求。该文对甘薯的生长习性进行概述,分析并总结了北方薯区甘薯栽培种植技术,提出应加强育苗管理,采取适期栽植、科学施肥、控制旺长、灌排水、病虫草害防治等田间管理措施,加强贮藏期间管理,旨在进一步提高甘薯产量和品质。Sweet potato was an important grain crop,feed crop and raw material crop of food processing in China.The distribution area of sweet potato was wide.With the expansion of planting area,the cultivation technology level should be improved to meet the demand of high yield.The growth habit of sweet potato was summarized.The management of seedlings should be strengthened in the process of sweet potato cultivation in the northern sweet potato region.Field management techniques were used such as proper planting,scientific fertilization,control of growth,irrigation,drainage,control of diseases,pests and grasses.The management should be strengthened during timely harvest and storage.The purpose of the study was to improve the yield and quality of sweet potato.
