摘　　要：对牡丹区乡镇林业站的现状及主要经验做法进行了总结分析,并针对其中存在的基础设施建设落后、工作机制不顺畅、干部职工老龄化严重等问题,提出了解决思路和对策,以期为进一步提升鲁西平原地区乡镇林业工作站工作效率提供参考。The current situation and main experience and practices of the township forestry station in Mudan district were summarized and analyzed.The solutions and countermeasures were put forward to solve the existing problems,such as backward infrastructure construction,unsmooth working mechanism,and serious aging of cadres and workers,in order to provide reference for further improving the working efficiency of the township forestry station in west plain area of Shandong.
