摘 要:厘清互联网使用促进农户创业行为和提升农户创业绩效的内在逻辑,对于激发农户创业的内生动力、丰富农户的创业路径、拓宽农户的增收渠道、实现乡村振兴战略,具有重要意义。基于2018年中国家庭追踪调查数据,实证分析了互联网使用对农户创业行为和创业绩效的影响及正规信贷可得性的中介效应。研究发现,互联网使用在对农户创业行为产生积极影响的同时,还可以显著提升农户创业绩效,即互联网使用可以使农户的创业概率提高4.24%,使用互联网的农户比未使用互联网的农户的创业绩效提高了32.6%。为了验证结果的可靠性和克服内生性问题,通过替代变量法进行稳健性检验,把农户手机费用作为工具变量进行内生性检验,检验结论依然稳健。中介效应分析也表明,互联网使用有效改善了金融机构和农户信息不对称程度,提升了农户正规信贷可得性,进而显著提升了农户创业概率和创业绩效。在乡村振兴背景下,可以通过丰富数字乡村建设内容、数字经济赋能农户创业和大力发展互联网金融等来激活农村发展内生动力。Clarifying the internal logic of Internet use to promote farmers’entrepreneurial behavior and improve farmers’entrepreneurial performance is of great significance for stimulating the endogenous motivation of farmers’entrepreneurship,enriching farmers’entrepreneurial paths,broadening the channels of increase income for farmers,and realizing the rural revitalization strategy.Based on China Household Tracking Survey Data in 2018 the data from 2018 China Househod Tracking Survey,we empirically analyze the impact of Internet use on farmers’entrepreneurial behavior and performance and the mediating effect of formal credit availability.We found that while Internet use has a positive impact on farmers’entrepreneurial behavior,it also significantly improve farmers’entrepreneurial performance.That is,compared with not using the Internet,farmers who use the Internet can increase the probability of entrepreneurship by 4.24%,and the entrepreneurial performance can be increased by 32.6%.To verify the reliability of the results and overcome the endogenous problem,we use the substitution variable method to achieve the robustness test,and take the mobile phone cost of farmers as the tool variable to reach the endogenous test.Moreover,the conclusion was still robust.The analysis of intermediary effect also shows that the Internet use effectively improves the information asymmetry between financial institutions and farmers,promotes the availability of formal credit,and significantly improves the probability and performance of farmers’entrepreneurship.Finally,under the background of rural revitalization,we put forward policy suggestions to activate the endogenous driving force of rural development by enriching the content of digital village construction,empower rural households to start businesses with digital economy and vigorously develop Internet finance.
