摘 要:以40个灵芝属菌株(包括9个江西野生菌株和31个国内栽培菌株)为试验材料,对其菌丝特征、子实体产量及农艺性状进行了评价。结果表明,不同菌株的菌丝特征存在一定差异,其中菌株G23、G06、G17、G15的菌丝平均生长速率较快,长势较好。不同菌株子实体产量、生物学效率,以及菌盖大小、形状、菌柄长度、直径等农艺性状差异较大。野生菌株G01、G06和G09具有较大的驯化潜力,可进一步开发利用,栽培菌株G33、G32、G11、G12、G30综合表现优异,适宜在江西省示范推广。The mycelial characteristic,fruit body yield and agronomic characters of 40 Ganoderma strains were evaluated,including 9 wild strains in Jiangxi Province and 31 domestic cultivated strains.The results showed that the mycelial characters of different strains were different,the average mycelial growth rate of strain G23,G06,G17 and G15 was faster and the mycelial growth was better.The fruit body yield and biological efficiency of different strains,as well as agronomic characters such as the size and shape ofpileus,the length and diameter of stipe had great differences.The wild strain G01,G06 and G09 showed great domestication potential and could be further exploited.The cultivated strains G33,G32,G11,G12 and G30 showed excellent comprehensive performance and were suitable for demonstration and promotion in Jiangxi Province.
