摘  要:漆酶是一种含铜的多酚氧化酶,漆酶主要参与真菌形态建成、色素合成、应激反应等多种重要的生长发育过程。利用生物信息学方法对皱木耳的漆酶进行筛选和定位分析,然后对其理化性质、二级结构、模体、结构域和三级结构进行预测和分析。结果表明,皱木耳8个漆酶分布在基因组的不同位置上,系统发育树上与木耳属物种聚为一枝,具有较近的亲缘关系。进一步分析发现,皱木耳漆酶蛋白的理化性质总体差异较小。同时,分析皱木耳漆酶基因结构,结果显示8个基因的外显子和内含子大小与位置不一致,表现出复杂的基因结构;而氨基酸序列的结构以随机卷曲为主,且8条氨基酸序列的三维结构十分相似。Laccase is a polyphenol oxidase containing copper.Fungal laccase is involved in morphogenesis,pigment synthesis,stress response and other important growth and development processe.Bioinformatics were used to localize laccase and then the physicochemical properties,secondary structure,motif,domain and tertiary structure of laccase in Auricularia delicata were predicted and analyzed.The results showed that eight laccase were distributed at different locations in the genome of A.delicate,and the phylogenetic tree was closely related to Auricularia.Further analysis showed that there was little difference in physicochemical properties.At the same time,the analysis of eight laccase showed that the size and location of exons and introns were not consistent,showing a complex gene structure.The amino acid sequence is mainly composed of random curl,and the 3D structure of amino acid sequences are similar.
