摘　　要：黑皮鸡[土从]肉质细嫩,味道鲜美,营养丰富,是具有广阔市场前景的优质食药兼用菌。黑皮鸡[土从]的传统主流栽培模式是覆土栽培,不覆土栽培则是新近出现的模式。目前关于这2种栽培模式之间的差异还鲜有报道,因此在黑皮鸡[土从]的主产区之一江西省进行了覆土和不覆土栽培模式的比较研究。结果表明,覆土栽培模式在产量、子实体农艺性状、出菇周期等方面明显优于不覆土栽培。The edible fungi Oudemansiella raphanipesis tender,delicious and rich in nutrition.It is a high-quality edible and medicinal fungus with broad market prospects.Soil casing cultivation is the traditional mainstream mode of O.raphanipes,while the cultivation mode without soil casing is a new one.At present,there are few reports about what the differences are between the two modes.Therefore,the comparative study on the two cultivation modes was carried out in Jiangxi Province,which is one of the main production areas of O.raphanipes.The results showed that,the effect of soil casing cultivation mode was obviously better than the cultivation mode without casing soil in yield,fruit body agronomic characteristics and production period.
