酸性离子液体催化合成环氧大豆油工艺的研究

摘  要:以大豆油为原料,Bronsted酸性离子液体为催化剂,考察反应温度、乙酸质量分数、H_(2)O_(2)质量分数、催化剂质量分数及反应时间等因素对大豆油环氧化反应的影响。在单因素实验的基础上通过响应面分析法优化环氧大豆油制备工艺。研究表明,N,N-二甲基苄基丙磺酸硫酸氢盐([DMBPSH]HSO_(4))离子液体具有较好的催化环氧化性能,离子液体强的Br nsted酸性是其具有高催化活性的原因。以[DMBPSH]HSO 4为催化剂,通过响应面分析法优化的环氧大豆油最佳合成条件为:乙酸质量分数9%,反应温度110℃,H_(2)O_(2)质量分数77%,催化剂质量分数6.1%,反应时间3.1 h,优化条件下环氧大豆油的环氧值为7.11,该结果与模型预测值基本相符。Epoxidized soybean oil was synthesized with soybean oil as raw material and acidic ionic liquid as catalyst.The effects of reaction temperature,acetic acid amount,H_(2)O_(2)amount,catalyst amount and reaction time on epoxidation reaction were also investigated.On the base of single factor experiment results,the preparation process of epoxidized soybean oil was optimized by response surface methodology(RSM).The results indicated that N,N-dimethyl(benzyl)-ammonium propyl sulfobetaine hydrogen sulfate([DMBPSH]HSO_(4))had good catalytic performance for epoxidation due to its strong Br nsted acidity.Accordingly,the optimal synthesis conditions were as follows:acetic acid amount of 9%,reaction temperature of 110℃,H_(2)O_(2)amount of 77%,catalyst amount of 6.1%and reaction time of 3.1 h.Under these conditions,the epoxy value of epoxidized soybean oil was 7.11,consistent with the predicted value of the model.
