摘　　要：基于2011-2019年北京市、天津市和河北省地级市的面板数据,实证分析了金融科技对京津冀地区产业结构升级的影响,结果显示:金融科技的发展显著促进了京津冀地区产业结构的升级,在加入京津冀协同发展、金融科技滞后一期、产业结构滞后一期、替换被解释变量及更换回归方法之后,金融科技促进京津冀产业结构升级的效应依然稳健。机制检验发现,金融科技的发展通过促进京津冀地区财政收入的提升和人力资本水平的改善,带动了三地产业结构的升级。因此,为进一步发挥金融科技对京津冀地区产业结构升级的积极影响,应在将数字经济发展纳入京津冀协同发展战略、大力发展金融科技、提高数字经济技能人力资本水平等方面着力。In order to explore the impact of fintech on the industrial structure of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,this paper uses panel data from Beijing,Tianjin and prefecture level cities in Hebei Province to conduct empirical analysis.The study finds that the development of fintech in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei has significantly improved the industrial structure of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.After adding such variables as the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,fintech lags one stage,the industrial structure lags one stage,replacing the explained variables,and replacing the regression method,and the effect of fintech on promoting the upgrading of the industrial structure is still stable.In addition,this paper also examined the implementation mechanism,and finds that fintech in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei promotes the improvement of financial revenue and human capital level in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,and promoted the upgrading of the industrial structure.Therefore,we should put the development of digital economy into the coordinated development strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,vigorously develop fintech,and improve the level of human capital of digital economy skills,in order to further play the influences of fintech on the upgrading of industrial structure in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
