域观范式下中国数字经济发展战略与路径探索

摘　　要：数字经济作为一种新经济形态,使得现有经济理论体系“宏观—微观”范式的局限性突显。基于域观范式,可以从多维视角探究数字经济的发展特征,构建包含核心层、产业层、平台层、应用层和生态层五个层面的数字经济分析范式。以此为逻辑起点,梳理中国的制度形态优势和价值文化优势,重构中国数字经济发展的战略框架与实现路径,具体包括:加强核心数字技术攻关,推动数字经济标准化建设,加快数字基础设施建设,激发数据要素活力,推进产业数字化转型,加强数字领域国际合作。As a modern economic form,the digital economy has highlighted the limitations of“macro-micro”paradigm of the existing economic theory system.Based on the realm paradigm,we can explore the development characteristics of the digital economy from a multidimensional perspective and construct a digital economy analysis paradigm with five levels:core layer,industry layer,platform layer,application layer and ecological layer.With this analysis paradigm as a logical starting point,we explore the advantages of institutional form and value culture in the development of China's digital economy.In addition,we proposes that the reconstruction of the strategic framework and realization path of China's digital economy development should be realized by strengthening the core digital technology research,promoting the standardization of digital economy,accelerating the construction of digital infrastructure,stimulating the vitality of data elements,promoting the digital transformation of industries,and strengthening international cooperation in the digital field.
