摘  要:本文选用直刃型立铣刀进行钛合金超薄壁板精密加工,通过切削试验掌握了直刃型立铣刀切削力变化规律,仿真分析了切削力与侧壁弹性变形的关系,利用直刃型立铣刀轴向力挤压腹板的特点避免腹板过切、优化侧壁精加工余量参数抑制侧壁欠切。加工后侧壁误差控制在(0,+0.047mm)和腹板的厚度误差控制在(-0.04mm,+0.039mm),表面粗糙度优于Ra1.6μm,加工过程稳定无颤振,同时精加工效率提升75%以上,实现了腹板与侧壁的高效精密加工。A straight edge end mill is selected for precision machining of titanium alloy ultra-thin panel.The changing rule of cutting force of straight edge end mill is mastered through cutting tests,and the relationship between cutting force and elastic deformation of side wall is simulated and analyzed.The characteristics of straight edge end mill axial force extrusion web are used to avoid overcutting of web,and the margin parameters of side wall finishing are optimized to inhibit undercutting of side wall.After machining,the side wall error is controlled at(0,+0.047mm)and the thickness error of web is controlled at(-0.04mm,+0.039mm).The surface roughness is better than Ra1.6,and the machining process is stable without vibration.At the same time,the finishing efficiency is increased by more than 75%,realizing the efficient precision machining of web and side wall.
