摘  要:基于刹车机轮刹车盘的材料特性,探讨3种刹车材料与刹车系统的匹配性问题,基于“速度差+偏压控制”,提出了根据刹车机轮运动状态自动控制刹车压力的控制测略和实现方法,充分发挥刹车材料的优点,提高目前刹车系统的适用性,更好满足飞机着陆刹车要求。Starting with the material characteristics of the brake disc used in the brake wheel,the basic requirements for the design of the brake system were analyzed.The current compatibility of the brake system with powder metallurgy brake materials,carbon-carbon composite brake materials and carbon-ceramic composite brake materials were explored.Without changing the brake system configuration,by adjusting the parameters of brake system and the control rate of anti-skid brake,the control strategy and realization method of“Speed Difference+bias control”PID was put forward,which was suitable for brake system.The advantages of brake materials are fully utilized.The design method of automatic control of brake pressure in the process of braking was realized.
