摘  要:通过裂缝阵列天线对结构特性、材料特性、变形情况等进行分析,采用UG NX有限元模块对高温变形、配重压紧力等进行仿真模拟。在此基础上,按照工艺流程进行6063铝合金裂缝阵列天线生产试制,真空钎焊后尺寸精度与形位公差达到设计要求,焊缝外观平整、无缺陷等符合Ⅱ级焊缝的标准要求,且钎料与母材冶金结合良好,接头组织致密、均匀完整,主要由α固溶体、Al-Si共晶相与Al12Fe3Si合金相组成。The influence of structural characteristics,material properties and deformation were discussed and analyzed.UG NX finite element simulation was applied to numerical simulation of high temperature deformation and counter weight force.In addition,slotted array antenna of 6063 aluminium alloy was produced based on vacuum brazing process.The results show that the dimension accuracy and geometric tolerance of slotted array antenna conforms to design specifications.The appearance classification of welding seam was gradeⅡ,which is flat,smooth and flawless.Then,there was good metallurgical bonding between solder with base metal.The joints of welding seam were dense,uniform and complete,which consist ofαsolid solution,Al-Si eutectic phase and Al12Fe3Si alloy phase.
