摘 要:随着各类石油套管对可靠性和使用寿命要求的不断提高,对石油套管的抗挤能力分析提出了更高的要求。影响套管抗挤能力的参数除了材料本身的强度以外,还包括套管的椭圆度、壁厚不均度等。以φ101.6 mm×7.8 mm规格的试样套管为对象,建立套管抗挤强度的计算模型,利用有限元方法对套管的抗挤强度进行模拟计算,分析与验证椭圆度和壁厚不均度这两个参数对套管抗挤强度的影响,从而为合理选用套管以及开发高抗挤套管提供经验与指导。Along with the continuous improvement of the requirements for reliability and service life of various oil casings,stricter requirements are put forward to analysis of the collapse resistance of the oil casing.Besides the strength of the material proper,the other parameters as affecting the collapse resistance of the casing include the ovality and wall thickness unevenness,etc.Taking the φ101.6 mm×7.8 mm sample casing as the object,the calculation model for the casing coll-apse strength is set up.Thanks to the said model,the FEA method is used to conduct simulation computing of the casing collapse strength,and analyzing and verifying the effects by the ovality and wall thickness unevenness on the casing collapse strength so as to provide both experiences and guidance for properly selecting the casing and further developing the high anti-collapse casing.
