摘  要:系统对北斗定位技术进行研究分析,提出了数据分发组件和解算池的解决方案,解决了北斗定位模块在铁路场景下解算数受限和不能实时获得厘米级固定解的问题。物联网模块的引入和主控模块的算法优化攻克了低功耗的技术瓶颈。通过对Wi-Fi、RFID、蓝牙、ZigBee、红外线和UWB等定位技术进行分析对比,选择利用蓝牙AOA技术实现室内定位。系统最终提出利用北斗定位技术结合蓝牙AOA测量定位技术,实现室内外应用场景下定位算法、定位精度和覆盖范围的平滑过渡、无缝衔接和无时差切换。利用室内外联合定位模块,开发通讯转接程序、研究数据存储方案并搭建应用平台,实现铁路货车车辆段车体和摇枕、侧架、车钩等大部件的工位或存放区域检测,为智慧厂段提供位置基础数据。Through the research and analysis of Beidou positioning technology,the system proposes a solution of data distribution component and decomposition pool,which solves the problem that Beidou positioning module is limited in the number of decomposition in railroad scenarios and cannot obtain centimeter-level fixed solutions in real time.The introduction of the IoT module and the algorithm optimization of the master control module overcome the technical bottleneck of low power consumption.By analyzing and comparing positioning technologies such as Wi-Fi,RFID,Bluetooth,ZigBee,infrared and UWB,Bluetooth AOA technology is selected to realize indoor positioning.The system finally proposes to use Beidou positioning technology combined with Bluetooth AOA measurement and positioning technology to achieve smooth transition,seamless and time-lag-free switching of positioning algorithm,positioning accuracy and coverage in indoor and outdoor application scenarios.Using the joint indoor and outdoor positioning module,the communication transfer program is developed,the data storage scheme is studied and the application platform is built to realize the detection of stations or storage areas of large components such as car body and bolster,side frame and coupler in the railroad wagon depot,and to provide location-based data for the intelligent factory section.
