摘　　要：文章通过对各主要轨道交通装备主机在企业车辆上发生的连接器典型失效类型的统计,得出了轨道交通装备用电连接器大部分失效发生在中低压连接器上,典型失效类型为绝缘失效、防护失效、电连接失效;重点介绍了3种典型失效类型发生后会引起的连接器故障模式以及导致3种典型失效类型发生的原因,并在3种典型失效类型的基础上建立轨道交通电连接器失效类型故障树,为进一步改进连接器产品设计、生产工艺,提高连接器产品的可靠性,进行连接器寿命研究提供依据。Based on the statistics of the typical failure types of connectors on the vehicles of the main rail transit equipment manufacturers,the paper concludes that most of the failures of electrical connectors for rail transit equipment occur on the medium and low voltage connectors,and the typical failure types are insulation failure,protection failure,and electrical connection failure.This paper focuses on the connector fault modes caused by three typical failure types and their causes.Based on the three typical failure types,the fault tree of failure types of rail transit electrical connectors is established,which provides a basis for further improving the design,production process and reliability of connectors,as well as further research on the life of connectors.
