摘  要:铝氧化银池冷却结构设计需要综合考虑换热功率与结构压损因素,利用Fluent软件对某铝氧化银电池冷却结构进行传热数值模拟,得到冷却结构流体的压力、温度分布,并计算得到散热功率及压损,从而辅助电池冷却结构设计。采用数值模拟能够得到散热功率与结构压损相对平衡的冷却结构,且仿真结果与试验结果吻合,仿真分析较好地支撑了铝氧化银电池冷却结构设计,缩短了研制周期与试验成本。该方法对于其他流体流动、传热分析具有借鉴意义。The design of the cooling structure of the aluminum silver oxide pool needs to consider the factors of heat transfer power and structure pressure loss comprehensively.In this paper,Fluent software is used to simulate the heat transfer of the spiral flow cooling structure of a silver aluminum oxide battery,obtain the pressure and temperature distribution of the cooling structure fluid,and calculate the heat dissipation power and pressure loss,thus assisting the battery cooling structure design.The cooling structure with relatively balanced heat dissipation power and structural pressure loss can be obtained by numerical simulation,and the simulation results are consistent with the test results.The simulation analysis supports the cooling structure design of silver aluminum oxide battery,and shortens the development cycle and test cost.The method introduced in this paper has reference significance for other fluid flow and heat transfer analysis.
