摘 要:针对聚芳恶二唑(简称POD)纤维在高温烟尘处理中受酸性气体作用发生老化,利用硝酸和硫酸溶液对POD纤维进行酸化处理,研究其断裂强力和断裂伸长率变化规律,应用Kissinger多升温速率法对POD纤维热降解反应动力学特性进行分析.研究结果表明,POD纤维的断裂强力和断裂伸长率随酸溶液质量分数和时间的增加而降低,硝酸和硫酸作用下断裂强力最大降幅分别达到57.96%和67.29%;随着酸化程度的加重,POD纤维热降解活化能降低,热稳定性下降;断裂强力与活化能之间存在量化关系,可利用热降解活化能作为快速评价POD纤维的酸老化程度的指标.In view of the aging of polyaromatic oxadiazole(POD)fiber under the action of acid gas during high-temperature smoke and dust treatment,the POD fiber was acidified with nitric acid and sulfuric acid solution,and the change law of its breaking strength and elongation was studied.The kinetic characteristics of the thermal degradation reaction of POD fiber were analyzed by Kissinger multi-heating rate method.The results showed that the breaking strength and elongation of POD fiber decreased with the increase of acid mass fraction and time,and the maximum reduction of breaking strength under the action of nitric acid and sulfuric acid reached 57.96%and 67.29%,respectively.With the aggravation of acidification,the thermal degradation activation energy and thermal stability of POD fiber decreased.There is a quantitative relationship between breaking strength and activation energy.The activation energy of thermal degradation can be used as an indicator to quickly evaluate the acid aging degree of POD fiber.
