高校网络体育课程实践困境与对策研究

摘  要:高校网络体育课程以其时间自由、地点自由的特点,很好地解决了高校体育课课时不足的问题,成为大学生获取体育健身知识的重要途径。网络体育课程是体育教育改革适应形势发展的必然要求,具有独特的时代实践价值。然而,高校网络体育课程在实践过程中,表现出认识偏差、制度缺失、课程设计能力不足、管理机制不健全等现实困境。建议:一是提高认识,处理好高校网络体育课程和线下体育课程的关系;二是完善制度,凸显高校网络体育课程地位;三是加强研究,提升高校网络体育课程设计水准;四是建立高效的管理机制,提升课程管理水平。With the characteristics of free time and free place,online physical education courses in colleges and universities well solve the problem of insufficient class hours in physical education courses in colleges and universities,and become an important way for college students to acquire physical fitness knowledge.The online physical education curriculum is an inevitable requirement for the reform of physical education to adapt to the development of the situation,and has unique practical value of the times.However,in the process of practice,the online physical education curriculum in colleges and universities shows practical difficulties such as cognitive bias,lack of systems,inadequate curriculum design ability,and imperfect management mechanism.Suggestions are as follows.Firstly,improve understanding to deal with the relationship between online physical education courses and offline physical education courses in colleges and universities.Secondly,improve the system to highlight the status of online physical education courses in colleges and universities.Thirdly,strengthen research to improve the design level of online physical education courses in colleges and universities.Fourthly,establish an efficient management mechanism to improve the level of curriculum management.
