地方高校体育院系服务社区体育文化建设路径研究

摘　　要：地方高校体育院系应积极参与社区体育文化建设,该文通过文献资料法、访谈法,得出有关研究结果:地方高校体育院系服务社区体育文化建设符合国家政策方针导向;与地方高校发展战略相一致;可满足社区体育文化建设多样化需要;全方位促进学生成人成才。但由于办学特色不鲜明,服务理念缺失;师生教学、课业负担重,服务时间冲突;缺乏激励政策等,影响服务质量。对此,该研究提出建立沟通合作机制,加强宣传与引导;调整人才培养方案,创新人才培养模式;构建服务保障制度和激励手段;建立多层级的服务成效考核评价体系等对策和建议。PE departments in local colleges and universities should actively participate in community sports culture construction.Through the methods of literature and interview,the paper obtains relevant research results:PE departments in local colleges and universities serving community sports culture construction conforms to the guidance of national policies and guidelines,is consistent with the development strategy of local colleges and universities,can meet the diverse needs of community sports culture construction,and can promote students to grow up and succeed in all-round way.However,due to the lack of distinctive features of running the school and service concepts,the heavy burden of teaching and coursework of teachers and students and conflict of service time,the lack of incentive policies and other reasons,the service quality is affected.In this regard,this study proposes countermeasures and suggestions such as establishing a communication and cooperation mechanism and strengthening publicity and guidance,adjusting the talent training program and innovating the talent training mode,constructing service guarantee systems and incentive means,and establishing a multi-level service effectiveness assessment and evaluation system.
