摘 要:该文以“社课融合”一体化模式为切入点,通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验分析法,对南京农业大学近3 000名“社课融合”体育社团大学生和传统体育社团大学生,在掌握专项体育知识技能程度、参加体育锻炼的频度、体育比赛参与度和社团组织活动与组织管理方面进行调查、对比、分析。研究表明,“社课融合”一体化的体育社团能有效地、促进大学生掌握与提高专项体育的知识技能,有效提高大学生的体育竞赛参与度,有效提升大学生锻炼的积极性与锻炼频度,促进了大学生良好体育锻炼行为习惯的养成,对大学生的体育行为有促进作用,是践行“教会、勤练、常赛”核心理念,促进学校体育教学和课外体育活动均衡发展的可行路径。Taking the integrated model of"association-course integration"as the starting point,this paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire and experimental analysis to investigate,compare and analyze nearly 3000 college students of"association-course integration"sports associations and traditional sports associations in Nanjing Agricultural University in terms of the level of mastering knowledge and skills of special sports,the frequency of participating in sports exercises,the participation in sports competitions,and the organizational activities and management of associations.The research shows that the integrated sports association of"association-course integration"can effectively promote college students to master and improve knowledge and skills of special sports,effectively improve college students'participation in sports competitions,effectively improve the enthusiasm and frequency of college students'exercise,and enhance the formation of good physical exercise habits of college students,which plays a role in promoting college students'sports behavior,and is a feasible path to practice the core concept of"teaching,frequent practice and regular competition",and promote the balanced development of school physical education and extracurricular physical activities.
