摘  要:动车组牵引速度传感器屏蔽层与车体相连,升降弓、过分相等工况产生的车体过电压通过屏蔽层耦合到芯线上,导致信号受到干扰,误诊断为传感器故障或输出错误的脉冲信号,影响牵引控制功能和速度计算。本研究从传感器信号采集原理、功能设计、干扰机理进行分析,通过多重冗余设计和低通滤波等技术,提升速度信号的有效性,避免单点故障影响行车秩序。The shield layer of the traction speed sensor of the EMU is connected to the vehicle body.the overvoltage of the vehicle body generated when lifting of the bow or passing through the normal speed neutral section.The overvoltage is coupled to the core wire through the shield layer,which leads to signal interference,and is mistakenly diagnosed as sensor fault or output wrong pulse signal,which affects the traction control function and speed calculation.In this paper,the principle,function and interference mechanism of sensor signal acquisition are analyzed.Through multiple redundancy design and signal filtering technology,the effectiveness of speed signal is improved to avoid the impact of single point failure on driving order.
