预埋管线轻质墙板生产与施工技术研究

摘　　要：预埋管线轻质墙板作为一种新型高集成化装配式建筑墙体构件,充分发挥了装配式建筑构件工业化设计、批量化生产的优点,在墙板生产开始之前,生产单位与设计单位和施工单位积极配合,对预埋管线轻质墙板进行二次深化设计,使其能够满足工业生产标准化、规范化的要求。墙板生产施工过程中,利用BIM技术数据化、模型化、信息化的技术特点,结合信息编码等技术,满足了装配式建筑墙体构件标准化设计、工业化生产、部件化安装、集成化制造的特点。推动了预埋管线轻质墙板系列化、规模化、市场化进程,推广了装配式建筑墙体构件应用领域。As a new type of highly integrated assembled building wall component,the light wallboard for embedded pipelines gives full play to the advantage of industrial design and batch production of prefabricated building components.Before the production of wallboard,the production unit actively cooperates with the design unit and the construction unit to carry out secondary in-depth design of the light wallboard for embedded pipelines,so that it can meet the requirements of industrial production standardization and normalization.In the process of wallboard production and construction,the technical characteristics of BIM technology such as data,modeling and informatization,combined with information coding and other technologies,meet the characteristics of standardized design,industrial production,component installation and integrated manufacturing of prefabricated building wall components.It has promoted the serialization,scale and marketization of light wall panels for embedded pipelines,and promoted the application of wall components in prefabricated building.
