摘 要:随着国内外贸易的不断发展,海外深水码头也在逐步发展,其中,码头大沉箱的建设就是其中的一项重要内容。从这一角度出发,以喀麦隆克里比深水港第二期工程为例,分析了该工程的施工特点,提出了相应的质量控制措施。从气囊的计算和选用,供气系统和牵引系统以及沉箱陆上平移等几个方面,详细地分析了沉箱的出运和安装过程中的关键问题。就沉箱半潜驳出运和沉箱安装等问题作了较详尽的分析和论述,并就施工中应注意的几个问题提出了自己的看法,可供同类工程参考。With the continuous development of domestic and international trade,overseas deep-water terminals are also gradually developing,among which the construction of large caissons is an important part.From this perspective,this article takes the second phase of the Kribi Deepwater Port project in Cameroon as an example to analyze the construction characteristics of the project and propose corresponding quality control measures.The key issues during the transportation and installation of caissons were analyzed in detail from several aspects such as the calculation and selection of airbags,gas supply systems and traction systems,as well as the onshore translation of caissons;This article provides a detailed analysis and discussion on the transportation and installation of caisson semi submersible barges,and puts forward my own opinions on several issues that should be paid attention to during construction,which can serve as a reference for similar projects.
