蒸压砂加气混凝土砌块在建筑外墙保温工程中的应用

摘　　要：本研究首先介绍了蒸压砂加气混凝土砌块的适用范围和材料规格,并选择了B06密度级别的砌块作为本建筑工程外墙主体材料。随后结合建筑结构和施工方案,分别对建筑的南、北、东、西四个立面的保温工程展开了分析。南立面局部热桥涂抹聚合物保温砂浆,外立面使用水泥砂浆找平并粘贴挤塑聚苯板;北立面装饰柱采用保温砌块,横向装饰条涂抹聚合物保温砂浆;东立面梁、柱退于外墙内,外墙从梁上挑出头,挑头用B06砌块与梁一起浇筑;西立面梁部位用B06级砌块与梁一起浇筑,隔绝热桥。综合计算后,四个立面外墙平均导热系数均符合规范要求,可以满足建筑外墙保温需要。This research firstly introduces the application range and material specifications of autoclaved sand aerated concrete block,and chooses B06 density level block as the main material of the exterior wall of this building project.Then combined with the building structure and construction scheme,respectively the building of the south,north,east,west four facade of the thermal insulation project is analyzed.On the south facade,polymer insulation mortar is applied to the local hot bridge,and the external facade is levelled with cement mortar and pasted with extruded polystyrene board;The decorative column on the north elevation adopts thermal insulation block,and the horizontal decorative strip is coated with polymer thermal insulation mortar;The east facade beam and column are retreated in the outer wall,and the outer wall is picked out from the beam,and the B06 block is used to pour the head together with the beam;B06 grade blocks were used to pour the beam on the west facade to isolate the hot bridge.After comprehensive calculation,the average thermal conductivity of the four facades and external walls meet the requirements of the code,which can meet the needs of building external wall insulation.
