摘　　要：马氏通备十二打手是马氏通备武学技术体系的关键内容,它既是基础训练内容的构成部分,又是高阶学子寻求突破时必须强化的内容。这趟拳术的编排巧妙融入通备劲,有其独特的招式和风格,通过持之以恒的系统规范修习,方能深刻体悟其独特的价值追求。文章通过文献资料法、访谈法和亲身实践的途径试论马氏通备十二打手的技术结构及其训练特征。The twelve enforcer is the key content of the martial arts technology system,which is not only an integral part of the basic training,but also the content that the advanced students must strengthen when they seek a breakthrough.The arrangement of this quanshu is cleverly integrated into Tongbei Jin,with its unique moves and styles.Through persistent systematic and standardized practice,one can deeply understand its unique value pursuit.This paper tries to discuss the technical structure and training characteristics of Mathi Tongbei twelve beaters by means of literature,interview and personal practice.
