供给侧结构性改革背景下普通高校高水平篮球队发展问题及对策分析

摘　　要：高校高水平篮球运动队是我国培养优秀篮球运动员的重要渠道之一。我国高校高水平篮球队经过近三十年的实践探索发展,积累了一些经验,获得了很大的发展,但也仍存在一定的不足。(1)现阶段,我国高水平篮球运动员来源途径多样;运动员等级情况整体结构合理;训练年限以6-8年居多;专业分布多样以体育学一些文科专业为主。我国高水平教练员副教授职称的教练员达教练员人数的一半;兼职教练员比其他类型教练员的总和还多。(2)我国高校高水平篮球队在教师资源和训练设施配备方面供给总量不足,供给机制有待完善,人才供给质量不高,无法符合目前高水平篮球队的发展需求。并且供给渠道单一,供需问题突出;(3)面对当前高水平篮球队存在问题,扩大高水平篮球运动队在教练员方面投入的教育资源;转变供给思路,多渠道对高校体育训练设施进行有效供给;健全和完善考核监管机制;调整高水平篮球体育人才的低端产品供给转型和增加供给结构对需求结构变化的适应性,提高高水平篮球人才的供给质量,解决高校高水平篮球队现存的发展问题。The high-level basketball team is one of the important channels to train excellent basketball players in our country.After nearly 30 years of practice and exploration,the high-level basketball team in China's universities has accumulated some experience and achieved great development,but there are still some deficiencies.(1)there are various sources of high-level basketball players in China;The overall structure of athletes'grades is reasonable;The training period is 6-8 years.The distribution of majors is diversified,with sports as the main subject..Nearly half of the coaches are associate professors.There are more part-time coaches than other types of coaches combined.(2)China's high-level university basketball teams in the supply of teacher resources and training facilities in total supply is insufficient,the supply mechanism needs to be improved,the quality of talent supply is not high,can not meet the current high-level basketball team development needs.And the supply channel is single,the problem of supply and demand is prominent;(3)faced with the problems existing in the current high-level basketball team,expand the educational resources invested in coaches by the high-level basketball team;We should change the supply thinking and effectively supply sports training facilities in colleges and universities through multiple channels.To improve and perfect the assessment and supervision mechanism;To adjust the supply transformation of low-end products of high-level basketball sports talents and increase the adaptability of supply structure to the change of demand structure,improve the supply quality of high-level basketball talents and solve the existing development problems of high-level basketball teams in colleges and universities.
