摘　　要：目的了解人群中麻疹、风疹和流行性腮腺炎疫苗可预防疾病的抗体水平,为有效控制疾病传播提供参考依据。方法采用整群二阶段抽样方法抽取健康人群,采用酶免疫吸附实验检测人群血清麻疹、风疹和流行性腮腺炎IgG抗体并进行分析。结果1524名健康人群中麻疹、风疹和流行性腮腺炎抗体阳性率分别为84.47%、79.27%和86.61%,麻疹、风疹和流行性腮腺炎抗体阳性率在不同年龄组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)分别为97.826,131.333,92.855,P<0.001);在不同县区间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)分别为29.431,8.770,18.335,P<0.05);在不同性别间差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)分别为0.007,1.384,3.747,P>0.05);随着接种剂次的增加,三种抗体阳性率均升高。结论2020-2022许昌市健康人群麻疹、风疹和流行性腮腺炎疫抗体阳性率处于中等水平,建议加强重点年龄组疫苗的补接种工作。Objective To investigate the antibody levels of measles,rubella and mumps vaccine preventable diseases in the personnel,and to provide reference for effective control of disease transmission.Methods Healthy people were selected by two-stage sampling method,and serum IgG antibodies against measles,rubella and mumps were detected and analyzed by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results The positive rates of measles,rubella and mumps antibody in 1524 healthy people were 84.47%,79.27%and 86.61%respectively.There were significant differences in the positive rates of measles,rubella and mumps antibody among different age groups(χ^(2)were 97.826,131.333,92.855,P<0.001);The difference was statistically significant in different counties(χ^(2)were 29.431,8.770,18.335,P<0.05).There was no significant difference between different genders(χ^(2)were 0.007,1.384,3.747,P>0.05);The positive rate of three kinds of antibodies increased with the increase of inoculations.Conclusion The positive rates of measles,rubella and mumps antibodies in healthy people in Xuchang City from 2020 to 2022 are at a moderate level.It is recommended to strengthen the supplementary vaccination of key age groups.
