摘　　要：当前,在数字中国推进中,由于老年人真实的数字生活需求被误读,影响了其有关能力的实现和知识、财富的获取,产生了数字鸿沟。老年人数字鸿沟有现代社会转型的“数字移民”,适应数字化时代节奏相对较弱,网络空间表达渠道受阻的鲜明特征。老年人数字鸿沟产生主要原因在于存在接入、知识、使用、观念、开放五大障碍。数字鸿沟影响老年人社会参与、老年人生活品质甚至生命安全、代际和谐、社会和谐和社会治理水平的提升。老年人数字鸿沟的治理路径在于:加强基础设施及相关标准建设,化解技术障碍;加强老年人数字化融入氛围营造,突破知识障碍;加强科技向善及政策创新发展,消除使用障碍;加强老年人自信心提振,破除观念障碍;加强国际国内经验借鉴,打通开放障碍。At present,in the promotion of digital China,the real digital demand of the elderly is misread,which affects their acquisition and possession of knowledge and wealth,thus resulting in digital divide.The digital divide of the elderly has the distinctive features of"digital migration"in the transformation of modern society,relatively weak adaptation to the digital age,and blocked channels of expression in cyberspace.The main reason for the digital divide of the elderly is the existence of five barriers:access,knowledge,use,concept,and openness.The digital divide affects the social participation of the elderly,their life quality and even the safety of life,inter-generational harmony,social harmony and the improvement of social governance.Governance of the digital divide of the elderly can be implemented through strengthening infrastructure and related standards construction to resolve technical barriers;creating an atmosphere for digital integration of the elderly to break down knowledge barriers;promoting the development of science and technology and policy innovation to eliminate barriers to use;enhancing the self-confidence of the elderly and break down conceptual barriers;drawing international and domestic experience to break down barriers to opening up.
