摘　　要：县域是农民生产、生活和交往的重要行动空间,实现农村共同富裕是践行高质量发展和乡村振兴的重要抓手,也是社会主义的本质要求。在新发展阶段,要以县域为单元,围绕县域经济高质量发展这一主题,在县域空间内统筹配置公共资源,加快农村产业结构升级。通过创新共同富裕的领导体制,健全共同富裕的组织架构,完善促进共同富裕的社会保障体系。具体而言,要不断巩固拓展脱贫攻坚的治理成果,发挥资源下乡过程中政府的主体作用。在提升农民的权益和福祉的基础上,消除贫困、改善民生、实现共同富裕,这不仅是中国共产党的重要使命和责任担当,而且是中央顶层设计依托全体人民达到共同富裕的理想追求。County is an important action space for farmers to produce,live and communicate,and achieving common prosperity in rural areas is an important starting point for implementing high-quality development and rural revitalization,as well as an essential requirement of socialism.In the new stage of development,it is necessary to take the county as a unit,focus on the high-quality development of the county economy as the main body,coordinate and allocate public resources within the county space,and accelerate the upgrading of rural industrial structure.By innovating the leadership system of common prosperity,improving the organizational structure of common prosperity,and improving the social security system to promote common prosperity.Specifically,we need to continuously consolidate and expand the governance achievements of poverty alleviation,and play the main role of the government in the process of bringing resources to the countryside.On the basis of improving the rights and welfare of farmers,eliminating poverty,improving people’s livelihood and achieving common prosperity are not only the important mission and responsibility of the CPC,but also the ideal pursuit of the central top-level design to achieve common prosperity relying on all people.
