湖北培育完整内需体系存在的“堵点”分析及解决路径

摘　　要：在复杂严峻的国内外环境影响下,充分释放内需潜力、打造国内强大市场是加快构建新发展格局的必然选择,是应对国际环境深刻变化的必然要求。而目前有效扩大内需仍面临不少制约,根据社会再生产的四个环节全方位分析湖北建设全国构建新发展格局先行区面临的堵点及形成原因,湖北应着重从以下几个方面来扩大内需:促进消费回归本位,持续扩大有效投资,促进区域协调发展,提升供给质量和水平,着力畅通流通体系,扎实推进共同富裕,推动民营经济高质量发展。Under the complex and severe domestic and international environment,fully unleashing the potential of domestic demand and creating a strong domestic market is an inevitable choice to foster a new development dynamic and a necessary requirement to respond to profound changes in the international environment.At present,the effective expansion of domestic demand still faces many constraints.According to the four links of social reproduction,this paper comprehensively analyzes the blocking points and causes of Hubei􀆳s construction of the pilot area for fostering a new development dynamic,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on this basis.
