摘　　要：目的运用德尔菲专家函询构建维持性血液透析(MHD)患者营养素养测评问卷。方法2021年7月-2022年6月通过文献回顾、质性访谈、专家会议初步拟定MHD患者营养素养测评问卷的各维度及条目,选择复旦大学、华西医院、武汉同济医院等单位的15位专家进行2轮德尔菲专家函询,构建MHD患者营养素养测评问卷。结果2轮专家函询问卷的有效回收率均为100%,专家权威系数为0.86。根据专家意见进行问卷维度及条目的修改,最终确定5个维度和30个条目。结论本研究问卷具有较好的科学性和可靠性,可以为临床全面评估MHD患者营养素养提供科学有效的工具,为患者制定营养干预策略提供参考。Objective To construct the nutritional literacy evaluation questionnaire for maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients by using Delphi expert correspondence.Methods From July 2021 to June 2022,the dimensions and items of the nutritional literacy assessment questionnaire for MHD patients were initially drawn up through literature research,qualitative interviews,and expert meetings.A total of 15 experts including Fudan University,West China Hospital,and Wuhan Tongji Hospital were selected to conduct 2 rounds of Delphi expert letters to construct the nutritional literacy assessment questionnaire for MHD patients.Results The effective recovery rates of 2 rounds of expert correspondence questionnaires were 100%,and the expert authority coefficient was 0.86.The dimensions and items of the questionnaire were modified according to expert opinions,and 5 dimensions and 30 items were finally determined.Conclusion This questionnaire is scientific and reliable,which can provide a scientific and effective tool for clinical comprehensive evaluation of nutritional literacy of MHD patients and provide a reference for patients to formulate nutritional intervention strategies.
