摘　　要：目的探讨互联网移动医疗平台在信息时代高危妊娠孕产妇管理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月-2021年12月于解放军总医院第一医学中心诊治的586例高危妊娠患者作为研究对象。根据患者是否愿意使用移动医疗平台分为观察组271例和对照组315例。观察组采用互联网移动医疗平台与线下相结合的方法进行孕期保健、实施分娩和产褥期管理;对照组采用常规门(急)诊、病房诊治的方法。比较2组规律产检情况、妊娠结局指标及护理满意度情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组高危妊娠患者规律产检率更高(96.31%vs 87.94%),早期早产率更低(4.80%vs 8.57%),且护理满意度更高(99.63%vs 96.19%),差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论为了在信息化时代整合各种优质医疗资源、改进高危妊娠孕产妇的管理,采用互联网移动医疗平台与门(急)诊、病房相结合的管理模式,有利于规律产检,改善妊娠结局,提高护理满意度,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of internet mobile medical platform in the management of high-risk pregnancy during the information era.Methods A total of 586 patients with high-risk pregnancy diagnosed and treated in the First Medical Center of PLA General Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group(n=315)and the observation group(n=271)according to whether they were willing to use the mobile health platform.The observation group adopted the combination of internet mobile medical platform and offline methods of pregnancy health care,delivery and puerperium management,while the control group adopted the methods of routine diagnosis and treatment for pregnancy health care,delivery and puerperium management.The regular prenatal examination,pregnancy outcome indicators,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher proportion of regular prenatal examination in patients with high-risk pregnancy(96.31%vs 87.94%),a lower proportion of early preterm birth(4.80%vs 8.57%),and a higher nursing satisfaction(99.63%vs 96.19%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In order to integrate various high-quality medical resources and improve the management of high-risk pregnancy in the information era,the combination of internet mobile medical platform and outpatient(emergency)diagnosis and ward is conducive to regular production examination,improving pregnancy outcome and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion.
