摘　　要：目的总结6例良性前列腺增生(BPH)伴下尿路症状(LUTS)患者采用UroLift系统辅助下经前列腺尿道悬扩术(PUL)治疗的手术配合及护理体会,为制定手术标准化护理配合提供参考。方法回顾性总结我院2022年10月-2023年2月的6例BPH伴LUTS患者的临床资料,采用UroLift系统辅助下经PUL治疗的手术护理配合过程,包括术前房间及设备的准备、术中配合及UroLift系统使用注意事项等。结果6例患者手术过程顺利,术中出血少,术中未出现医护配合、器械设备管理等因素导致的手术停滞、延迟或取消。未发生与护理配合相关的并发症。结论护士的配合熟练度直接影响手术进程顺利程度,因此要求手术室护士不断学习,掌握新手术的配合步骤,新设备的使用方法,密切关注手术进程,确保UroLift系统在经PUL顺利进行,为患者提供优质护理。Objective To summarize the ope rative cooperation and nursing experience of 6 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)with(LUTS)treated with prostatic urethral lift(PUL)assisted by UroLift system,and to provide ref erence for developing standardized surgical nursing cooperation.Methods The clinical data of 6 patients with BPH with LUTS in our hospital from October 2022 to February 2023 were retros pectively reviewed.The operative nursing coordination process of UroLift assisted PUL was analyzed,including preoperative room and equipment prepra tion,intraoperative coordination and matters needing attention for the use of UroLift system.Results The operation of 6 patients was successful with less intraoperative bleeding,and there was no ope ration stagnation,delay or cancellation caused by medical cooperation,equipment management,and other factors.No complications related to nursing coordination occurred.Conclusion The cooperation proficiency of nurses directly affects the smoothness of the operation process.Therefore,operating room nurses are required to keep learning,master the co-operation steps of new operations and the use of new equipment,and pay close attention to the operation process,so as to ensure the smooth operation of UroLift system in PUL and provide high-quality nursing for patients.
