摘 要:提出了一种采用双连接板的L形实体式方钢管混凝土组合柱,为了研究其抗震性能,设计了3个采用不同的钢管连接件的尺寸(宽度分别为100mm或200mm)、不同轴压比(0.4和0.6)的试件。对各试件施以不同的竖向恒载,进行了拟静力试验,讨论了试验参数对试件抗震性能的影响。结果表明:连接板宽度与水平峰值荷载和刚度呈正相关,增加连接板宽度对两者的提升很大,与延性和耗能能力呈负相关,增大连接板宽度两者有所下降,而且更宽的连接板会加剧强度退化和刚度退化;竖向恒载与水平峰值荷载和耗能能力呈负相关,加大轴压比导致两者均变小,且加剧了刚度衰减,但是能在一定程度上改善延性,强度退化也更均匀。通过有限元模拟研究了钢管壁厚度、钢管管径和钢材强度等级对组合柱受力性能的影响。结果表明:增大钢管壁厚度、钢管管径都可以显著加强L形双连接板实体式方钢管混凝土组合柱的水平峰值荷载和刚度,但变形能力即延性也明显下降;提高钢材强度等级则能使水平峰值荷载和延性都得到改善。An L-shaped solid concrete-filled square steel tubular composite column with double connecting plates was proposed.In order to study its seismic performance,three specimens with different dimensions of steel tube connectors(width:100mm or 200mm,respectively)and different axial compression ratios(0.4 and 0.6)were designed.Pseudostatic tests were carried out on each test-piece under different vertical dead loads,the impact of test parameters on the seismic performance of the test-piece was discussed.The results show that the width of the connecting plate is positively correlated with stiffness and horizontal peak load,while increasing the width of the connecting plate greatly improves both,and is negatively correlated with ductility and energy dissipation capacity.Increasing the width of the connecting plate decreases both,and wider connecting plates can exacerbate strength and stiffness degradation;The vertical dead load is negatively correlated with horizontal peak load and energy dissipation capacity.Increasing the axial compression ratio leads to both becoming smaller and exacerbating the stiffness attenuation,but it can improve ductility to some extent,and the strength degradation is more uniform.The effects of steel pipe wall thickness,pipe diameter,and steel strength grade on the mechanical properties of composite columns were studied through finite element simulation.The result show that increasing the thickness and diameter of the steel tube wall can significantly enhance the horizontal peak load and stiffness of the L-shaped solid concrete-filled square steel tubular composite columns with double connecting plate,but the ductility also significantly decrease;Increasing the strength grade of steel can improve both the horizontal peak load and ductility.
