摘 要:为了研究冷弯C型钢节点的受力性能,发挥其在冷弯薄壁型钢结构中的作用,建立双拼冷弯C型钢梁柱节点力学模型,依据力学原理分别对梁和节点板进行受力分析,建立模型的受力与变形的关系,得出节点在弹性阶段的转角变形及初始刚度的理论计算公式,并根据节点的不同破坏形态计算其屈服承载力。考虑节点板厚度、螺栓间距和C型钢尺寸三种主要影响因素,建立ANSYS有限元模型,进行模拟计算与分析,得到屈服承载力和初始刚度模拟值,将由理论公式计算的理论值与其进行对比验证。研究结果显示:屈服承载力和初始刚度理论值与模拟值均基本接近,说明理论计算公式是合理且可靠的,能够应用于冷弯薄壁C型钢节点的计算当中。In order to study the mechanical behavior of cold-formed C-section steel joints,and play its role in cold-formed thin-walled steel structures,the mechanics analysis model of double cold-formed C-section steel beam-to-column joint was established,the mechanics analysis of beam and joint plate were carried out respectively according to the principle of mechanics,the relationship between force and deformation of the model was established,the theoretical calculation formulas for the rotational angle and initial stiffness of the joint in the elastic stage were obtained,and the yield bearing capacity was calculated according to different failure patterns of the joint.Considering the three main influencing factors such as joint plate thickness,bolt spacing,and C-section steel size,the finite element model of ANSYS was established,and the simulation computation and analysis were carried out,the simulated values of yield bearing capacity and initial stiffness were obtained and compared with the theoretical values calculated by the theoretical formulas proposed.The results show that the theoretical values of yield bearing capacity and initial stiffness are basically close to the simulated values,the theoretical calculation formulas are reasonable and reliable,these can be applied to the calculation of cold-formed thinwalled C-section steel joints.
