摘　　要：目的研究三七总皂苷微球胶囊的活血化瘀药效作用。方法通过注射肾上腺素加冰水刺激的方法建立大鼠寒凝血瘀证模型,采用双侧颈总动脉结扎法建立大鼠慢性脑缺血模型以及观察药物对小鼠的耐缺氧、抗血栓作用进行药效学研究。结果三七总皂苷微球胶囊高、中剂量组能显著降低大鼠血液黏滞度;其高、低剂量组可显著增加慢性缺血模型大鼠的脑血流量;其高、中、低各剂量组均可显著延长小鼠在常压下与急性脑缺血缺氧情况下的耐缺氧时间;同时各剂量组可延缓角叉菜胶所致的小鼠急、慢性血栓形成。结论三七总皂苷微球胶囊能有效降低血液黏滞度,增加脑血流量,改善脑组织对缺血缺氧的耐受程度,且能预防血栓形成,为其活血化瘀、通脉活络功效提供实验依据。Objective To study the effect of Panax Notoginseng Saponin Microsphere Capsule on promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Methods The rat model of cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome was established by injecting adrenaline and ice water stimulation.The rat model of chronic cerebral ischemia was established by bilateral common carotid artery ligation,and the pharmacodynamic effects of the drug on hypoxia tolerance and antithrombotic effect in mice were observed.Results Panax Notoginseng Saponin Microsphere Capsule high and medium dose groups could significantly reduce the blood viscosity of rats.The high and low dose groups can significantly increase the cerebral blood flow of chronic ischemia model rats.The high,medium and low dose groups could significantly prolong the hypoxia tolerance time of mice under atmospheric pressure and acute cerebral ischemia and hypoxia.At the same time,each dose group can delay the acute and chronic thrombosis of mice caused by carrageenan.Conclusion Panax Notoginseng Saponin Microsphere Capsule can effectively reduce the blood viscosity,increase the cerebral blood flow,improve the tolerance of brain tissue to ischemia and hypoxia,prevent thrombosis,and provide experimental basis for its effects of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,dredging arteries and activating collaterals.
