摘　　要：非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)已成为全球最常见的慢性肝病,主要表现为肝脏中脂肪过度沉积,并可进一步导致肝纤维化,以及肝硬化和肝细胞癌等终末期肝病。NAFLD发生和发展的分子机制尚不完全清楚,目前还没有批准的药物用于治疗NAFLD。人参皂苷Rb_(1)是人参中最丰富和最具生物活性的分子,具有调节糖脂代谢、抗炎、抗氧化和神经保护等多种药理活性。就NAFLD发病机制及人参皂苷Rb_(1)治疗NAFLD药理作用进行简要综述,为今后人参皂苷Rb_(1)的研究和临床治疗提供参考。Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)has become the most common chronic liver disease in the world.It is mainly characterized by excessive deposition of fat in the liver,which can further lead to liver fibrosis,end-stage liver diseases such as liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma.The molecular mechanisms underlying the occurrence and progression of NAFLD are not fully understood,and there is still a lack of approved drugs for the treatment of NAFLD.Ginsenoside Rb_(1)is the most abundant and bioactive molecule in ginseng,which has a variety of pharmacological activities such as regulating glucose and lipid metabolism,anti-inflammation,anti-oxidation and neuroprotection.This article briefly reviewed the pathogenesis of NAFLD and the pharmacological effects of ginsenoside Rb_(1)on the treatment of NAFLD,and provided a reference for future research and clinical treatment of ginsenoside Rb_(1).
