摘　　要：我国糖尿病的发病率居高不下,糖尿病及其并发症严重影响患者生存质量,加重患者的疾病负担。中医药防治糖脂代谢性疾病具有明显的优势,其“治未病”的思想也符合当前防治糖尿病关口前移的总体方针及战略。“精不正化”是从脾论治代谢性疾病的关键病机,是对“脾失健运而生浊”的高度概括。以“精不正化”理论探讨糖尿病前期的中医药干预,撷菁经典论著分析理论内涵,结合现代研究探讨理论科学性,并选摘名医临床应用经验,为中医药防治糖尿病关口前移提供理论支撑。The incidence rate of diabetes in China remains high.Diabetes and its complications seriously affect the quality of life of patients and increase the disease burden of patients.Traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in the prevention and treatment of glucose and lipid metabolic diseases and its academic theory of“preventive treatment of disease”is also in line with the general policy and strategy of early intervention of prevention and treatment of diabetes.The theroy of“essence transformed abnormally”is the key pathogenesis of the treatment of metabolic diseases from spleen and it is a high summary of“turbid due to spleen dysfunction”.This artical discussed the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine in prediabetes with the theory of“preventive treatment of disease”,analyzed the theoretical connotation from classic works,discussed the scientificity of the theory in combination with modern research and selected the clinical application experience of famous doctors so as to provide theoretical support for the threshold moving forward of traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment of diabetes.
