摘　　要：目的评价宣肺止嗽合剂在临床“真实世界”广泛使用的安全性。方法回顾性分析2021年7月—2021年11月国内8家医院的3283例咳嗽患者的临床资料,统计服用宣肺止嗽合剂后症状体征(发热、咽痛、咳嗽、咳痰、胸痛、咽痒、肺部罗音等)及实验室检查变化情况,记录不良事件。结果所有症状、发热、咽痛、咳嗽、咳痰、胸痛、咽痒、肺部罗音治疗后消失率分别为41.83%、95.72%、95.07%、45.62%、60.38%、85.46%、89.07%、64.69%,消失时间分别为(7.72±4.26)d、(8.19±4.56)d、(6.95±4.64)d、(7.85±4.36)d、(8.09±5.32)d、(8.44±4.86)d、(7.07±5.21)d、(8.94±4.48)d。治疗后,患者白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比、淋巴细胞百分比和C反应蛋白含量较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率为0.09%。结论宣肺止嗽合剂在临床合理使用时治疗咳嗽相对安全且有较好疗效。Objective To evaluate the clinical safety of Xuanfei Zhisou Mixture(宣肺止嗽合剂)in the real world when widely used.Methods From July 2021 to November 2021,the clinical data of 3283 cases with cough from eight hospitals in China was analyzed retrospectively.The changes of symptoms(fever,sore throat,cough,cough up phlegm,chest pain,itchy throat and pulmonary rale)and lab examinations after treatment were calculated,the adverse reactions were recorded.Results The disappearance rates of all symptoms,fever,sore throat,cough,cough up phlegm,chest pain,itchy throat and pulmonary rale was 41.83%,95.72%,95.07%,45.62%,60.38%,85.46%,89.07%and 64.69%,respectively.The disappearance timed was(7.72±4.26)d,(8.19±4.56)d,(6.95±4.64)d,(7.85±4.36)d,(8.09±5.32)d,(8.44±4.86)d,(7.07±5.21)d and(8.94±4.48)d,respectively.After treatment,leucocyte count,percentage of neutrophils,percentage of lymphocytes and C reactive protein decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 0.09%.Conclusion Xuanfei Zhisou Mixture is relatively safe and effective for cough when used rationally.
