摘　　要：目的探讨手供一体仓储系统在消毒供应中心无菌手术包供应管理中的应用价值。方法比较手供一体仓储系统使用前后6个月无菌手术包供应人力成本、发包效率、无菌物品管理质量、加急物品供应及时率及工作人员满意度等评价指标的差异。结果使用手供一体仓储系统后,发包效率显著上升,由200包/60 min提升到200包/10 min,发包人数由3人下降至1人;查包率由0.72‰下降到0.07‰,包装破损率由0.84‰下降到0.04‰,过期包率由1.34‰下降到0.10‰,急需物品供应及时率由99.68%上升到99.95%;工作人员满意率由73.47%上升到95.92%;比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论手供一体仓储系统的应用大大提高了消毒供应中心对无菌手术包的管理水平及供应能力。OBJECTIVE To explore the application value of operation-supply integrated storage system in supply management of sterile surgical packs in central sterile supply department.METHODS The evaluation indexes including labor cost,efficiency of pack delivery,management quality of sterile items,rate of timely supply of urgent items and staff′s satisfactions were observed and compared before and after the operation-supply integrated storage system was applied for 6 months.RESULTS The efficiency of pack delivery was remarkably increased after the operation-supply integrated storage system was applied,it was increased from 200 packages per 60 min to 200 packages per 10 min,the number of people who delivered the packages dropped from 3 to 1;the rate of checking up the packages dropped from 0.72‰to 0.07‰,the damage rate of package dropped from 0.84‰to 0.04‰,the expired rate of package was decreased from 1.34‰to 0.10‰,and the rate of timely supply of urgent item was increased from 99.68%to 99.95%;the staff′s satisfaction was increased from 73.47%to 95.92%;there were significant differences(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The operation-supply integrated storage system remarkably improve the management level and supply capacity of sterile surgical packs.
