摘  要:为了探究旋转流场对碟式分离机转鼓振动特性的影响,以某DHY450型碟式分离机为研究对象,对蝶式分离机转鼓分别进行了干模态分析和单向流固耦合分析,探究了旋转流场对转鼓固有频率的影响。同时,采用控制变量法探究了流体密度及黏度系数对转鼓共振特性的影响规律,并与试验值进行了对比。结果表明:相较于干模态,流固耦合下转鼓的固有频率明显下降,最大差值可达15.8%;对于高转速碟式分离机,转鼓二阶共振频率及振幅均随流体密度和黏度的增大而较小幅度增加。对碟式分离机进行振动特性研究时必须考虑流体影响,而流体密度和黏度的小幅度变化对转鼓二阶共振特性的影响可忽略。研究结果对碟式分离机的设计及振动故障分析具有借鉴与参考意义。In order to explore the influence of the rotating flow field on the vibration characteristics of the drum of the disc separator,a DHY450 disc separator was taken as the research object to carry out the dry mode analysis and unidirectional fluid-solid coupling analysis of the drum of the disc separator,and investigate the influence of the rotating flow field on the natural frequency of the drum.At the same time,the influence of fluid density and viscosity coefficient on the resonance characteristics of the drum was investigated by the control variable method and wad compared with the test values.The results show that compared with the dry mode,the natural frequency of the drum decreases significantly under the fluid-structure coupling,and the maximum difference of natural frequency can reach 15.8%;For the high speed disc separator,the second-order resonance frequency and amplitude of the drum increase slightly with the increase of fluid density and viscosity.The influence of fluid must be considered in the study of vibration characteristics of disc separator,and the influence of small amplitude changes of fluid density and viscosity on the second-order resonance characteristics of drum can be ignored.The research results have reference significance for the design and vibration fault analysis of disc separator.
