摘  要:为解决双偏心蝶阀回转中心位置的不合理选取造成的密封副磨损严重,启闭阻矩大等问题,根据几何学理论,从双偏心蝶阀偏心结构入手,推导了启闭性能干涉角的计算公式,使其可评判密封点的干涉情况。探究密封点的干涉角θ与2个偏心距H,E之间的关系,建立双偏心蝶阀偏心距优化模型,划分了干涉区域与非干涉区域,使在θ≥0的前提下,得到求解最佳径向偏心距的方法,达到减小输出力矩的目的。结合理论并基于Visual Studio平台以C#.NET为框架开发设计软件,软件能够可视化双偏心蝶阀密封面各点的启闭性能干涉角,查看蝶板干涉情况并求解最佳径向偏心距,且验证了软件对径向偏心值及蝶板干涉情况求解的准确性。软件的开发可为相关人员设计此类双偏心蝶阀提供高效、便捷的方法。In order to solve the problems such as severe wear of sealing pair and large opening and closing resistance moment caused by unreasonable selection of center position of bi-eccentric butterfly valve,according to the geometry theory and starting from the eccentric structure of the bi-eccentric butterfly valve,the calculation formula of the opening and closing performance interference angle was derived,which can be used to judge the interference of the sealing point.The relationship between the interference angleθof the sealing point and the two eccentric distances H,E was investigated,the eccentric distance optimization model of bi-eccentric butterfly valve was established,the interference area and non-interference area were divided,so that under the premise ofθ≥0,the method to solve the optimal radial eccentric distance was obtained so as to achieve the goal of reducing the output torque.In combination with the theory and based on Visual Studio platform and with C#.NET as the framework of the design software,the software can visualize the opening and closing performance interference angle of each point of the sealing surface of bi-eccentric butterfly valve,and check the butterfly disc interference and solve the optimal radial eccentric distance.The accuracy of calculating radial eccentricity and disc interference was verified.The preparation of software can provide high efficiency and convenience for the design of this kind of bi-eccentric butterfly valve.
