摘　　要：本文以洞庭湖水系沅水中3种野生鱼类鲫鱼、大眼鳜、黄颡鱼为试验材料,探索了3种鱼类骨骼标本制作方法。结果表明:鲫鱼、大眼鳜、黄颡鱼的习性、形态和骨骼有差异;鱼类骨骼标本制作过程对技术、时间及化学药剂使用量均有特殊要求;鱼类骨骼标本制作完成后须注意保护与维修。Three kinds of wild fishes in the Yuanshui River of the Dongting Lake water system,namely Carassius auratus,Siniperca kneri Garman and Pelteobagrus fulvidraco,were used as experimental materials to explore the methods of skeleton specimens preparation.The results showed that there were differences in the habits,morphology and skeletons among Carassius auratus,Siniperca kneri Garman and Pelteobagrus fulvidraco;the process of fish skeleton specimens preparation had special requirements for technology,time and chemical dosage;after the preparation of fish skeleton specimens,attention should be paid to protection and maintenance.
