摘 要:烟叶质量均质性问题越来越受到烟草业界的关注。为了对烟叶质量均质性进行科学计量,本文利用变异系数和倒S型函数模型,提出了均质性指数(homogeneity,H)的概念,建立了计算模型,比较了逐步回归、支持向量机、高斯过程回归3种算法的预测精度,并用实例分析了空间维度和时间维度H值的变化特征。结果表明,高斯过程回归建立的模型最好,其均方根误差为0.18,决定系数为0.999 9,当CV值为0.5%~80.0%时,相对误差最高的仅为3.3%,绝大部分情况下低于0.3%。在空间维度上,烟叶化学成分H值在自治州、县、烟站尺度分别为73.3、71.8、89.5。一般情况下,空间范围越广,H值越小、均质性越差。在时间维度上,烟叶化学成分年度间稳定。The homogeneity of tobacco leaves quality has attracted more and more concern from the tobacco industry.In order to scientifically measure the homogeneity of tobacco leaf quality,this paper proposed the concept of homogeneity index(H)using coefficient of variation and inverse S-type function model,established a computational model,compared the prediction accuracy of three algorithms(stepwise regression,support vector machine and Gaussian process regression),and analyzed the variation characteristics of H values in spatial and temporal dimensions through examples.The results showed that among the three algorithms,the model established by Gaussian process regression was the best,with a root mean square error of 0.18 and a coefficient of determination of 0.9999,and when the CV value was in the range of 0.5%-80.0%,the highest relative error was only 3.3%,and less than 0.3%in most cases.In the spatial dimension,the H values of tobacco chemical composition were 73.3,71.8 and 89.5 in the scale of autonomous prefectures,counties and tobacco stations,respectively.In general,the wider the spatial range,the smaller the H values and the worse the homogeneity.In terms of temporal dimension,the chemical composition of tobacco leaves remained stable among years.
