摘 要:目的:云南榧树是我国珍稀濒危物种,其种子具有重要的食用和药用意义,研究云南榧子多糖提取工艺和最佳提取条件,可为有效开发利用云南榧子奠定基础。方法:在单因素实验基础上,利用Box-Benhnken中心组合实验和响应面分析法对多糖提取工艺进行优化。结果:优化出云南榧子多糖的最佳提取工艺条件:提取时间为34 min,提取温度为57℃,料液比为0.15 g/mL,浸提两次;云南榧子的实际多糖提取率为21.12%。结论:实验方法操作简单,可有效提高多糖提取效率,为云南榧子的大规模生产奠定基础。Objective:Torreya yunnanensis is a rare and endangered species in China,and its seeds have important edible and medicinal value.Exploreing the polysaccharide extraction process and optimal extraction conditions of seeds of Torreya yunnanensis can lay a foundation for the effective development and utilization of it.Methods:Based on single factor experiment,the extraction process of polysaccharide was optimized by Box-Benhnken central combined experiment and response surface methodology.Results:The optimal extraction process conditions for the polysaccharides of seeds of Torreya yunnanensis were optimized.The extraction time was 34 min,the extraction temperature was 57℃,the solid-liquid ratio was 0.15 g/mL,and the extraction was performed twice,the actual polysaccharide extraction rate of seeds of Torreya yunnanensis was 21.12%.Conclusion:The experimental method is simple to operate,and it can effectively improve the extraction efficiency of polysaccharides,and lay a foundation for the large-scale production of seeds of Torreya yunnanensis.
