摘 要:以FE-5HA汽车发动机散热风扇为研究对象,参照鸮羽前缘结构,通过已有实验数据验证翼型数值模拟准确性,并计算分析仿生锯齿翼型的升阻力特性及探讨锯齿结构的振幅和安装角对翼型升阻力特性的影响。结果表明:仿生翼型的升力和阻力系数均随着锯齿振幅的增加而增加,升力系数随着锯齿安装角的增加而增加,而阻力系数则是随着安装角的增加呈现高-低-高的变化趋势,且在安装角为负时阻力系数变化更大;在参数选取范围内,获得振幅为0.15 c和安装角为10°的锯齿结构气动性能最好。仿生翼型风扇气动性能实验结果显示在原型风扇运行工况下,风量比原型风扇提高了3.66%。In the paper,the accuracy of the numerical simulation of the airfoil was verified by the existing test data,and the lift and drag characteristics of the bionic sawtooth airfoil were calculated and analyzed based on FE-5HA automotive engine cooling fan and the leading edge structure of owl feather,and the influence of amplitude and installation angle of the sawtooth structure on the lift and drag characteristics of the airfoil was discussed.The results show that the lift and drag coefficients of the bionic airfoil increase with the increase of the sawtooth amplitude,the lift coefficient increases with the increase of the sawtooth installation angle,and the drag coefficient presents a high-low-high change trend with the increase of the sawtooth installation angle,and the change of the drag coefficient is greater when the installation angle is negative.In the range of parameters selected,the aerodynamic performance of the sawtooth structure with the amplitude of 0.15 c and the installation angle of 10°was the best.The aerodynamic performance test show that the bionic airfoil fan increases the air flow by 3.66%under the operating condition of the original fan.
